All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

In rare cases of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time will vary based on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays may occur during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or carrier delays.


3. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time. If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of your purchase, please contact us at support@ciups.com.


4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. Ciups is not responsible for these additional charges. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover these fees at the time of delivery.


5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Ciups is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the event of a returned shipment due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Items

Ciups is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions imposed by customs or shipping carriers. We will notify you if an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location.


8. Promotions & Shipping

Orders placed using promotional codes are still subject to standard shipping fees unless otherwise specified in the promotion.

Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied at checkout once the promotional requirements are met.

If a promotion offers free shipping, this offer will apply only to standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

Promotional discounts will not cover expedited or international shipping fees unless specified in the promotion.
